SENIOR SUPPORT

SENIOR SUPPORT

The Dayton Metro Library proudly serves older adults and seniors with cultural responsiveness and care. This focus is particularly essential in light of a nationwide trend that, according to an AARP report, adults aged 65+ will outnumber those under 18 by 2034. We address the challenges of aging by providing patrons with access to essential resources, encouraging curiosity, and fostering connection through technology support, home book delivery, engaging programs, curated databases, and special events that build community and support.
