Hoopla Digital is a digital streaming service for library users to access eBooks, eAudiobooks, digital comics, music, movies, and TV shows using portable devices like smartphones, tablets, and even media streamers. Patrons can borrow up to 20 items each month. You will need to either visit the Hoopla site to create an account or create your account after you've installed the Hoopla app on your device.
