Branch Manager - Andrew Hiatt
Andrew Hiatt became Northmont Branch Manager in 2025. This role marks a return to the Northmont Branch where he began his library career. Andrew joined Dayton Metro Library as an Information Services Assistant in 2018. Since then, he has served as a Children’s Librarian and Assistant Branch Manager.
Prior to becoming a librarian, Andrew spent five years teaching in Dayton and Cincinnati. He holds an MLIS from Kent State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. In his free time, Andrew enjoys reading, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family.

Assistant Branch Manager - Jessica Hunter
Jessica Hunter has been a librarian for over 20 years, working in special, law, and public libraries. She has a passion for nonprofit work and most recently served as the Nonprofit Services Specialist at Dayton Metro Library, before becoming Assistant Branch Manager in 2025. She has lived in Clayton for the past 10 years and is a proud member of the Northmont community. (Go Bolts!) Jessica earned a BA in Political Science from Elon University and an Masters of Information and Library Management from the University of Bristol (UK). When not at the Library, Jessica enjoys youth sports, supervising playdates, podcasts, reality tv, and live music.
