Teens in grades 7 - 12 are encouraged to share their creativity by entering Dayton Metro Library's annual Teen Art Contest. Entries will be accepted at all library branches from February 1st through February 29th. Teens may enter into one of six categories: Watercolor, Pencil, Photography, Oil/Acrylic, 3D/Sculpture, and Mixed/Other Medium.

Contest Information and Rules:

• Entry forms can be picked up at any Dayton Metro Library Branch. Entrants must indicate which grade level (7 - 9 or 10 - 12) and medium category they are looking to be entered in.
• Entries must be submitted at a library branch with a completed entry form. Entries without a completed form will not be accepted or entered.
• Artist names should only appear on the entry form.
• Entries must be original work and content; no fan art will be accepted; should not have been previously entered into any other contest or published, and should be appropriate for a general audience.
• Winners in each category will notified by Friday, March 8, 2024.
• Winners in each category will receive a gift card prize.
