Great teams don't just happen. They are created through care and attention. Learn the five stages of team development and get strategies to raise your team's productivity. Presented by Becky Nesbitt, Ohio State University Extension.

Managing Self and Others

Dr. Tom Monaco will introduce the basic self-awareness we all need to be "best-self" leaders at our organizations. Dr. Monaco leads the Cincinnati-based nonprofit leadership program, EXCEL: Executive Curriculum for Emerging Leaders. He holds a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Dayton and served 18 years as head of the Upper School at Summit Country Day.
