Managing Self and Others

Dr. Tom Monaco will introduce the basic self-awareness we all need to be "best-self" leaders at our organizations. Dr. Monaco leads the Cincinnati-based nonprofit leadership program, EXCEL: Executive Curriculum for Emerging Leaders. He holds a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Dayton and served 18 years as head of the Upper School at Summit Country Day.
