Mark Light is president and founder of First Light Group.  He teaches at the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Case Western Reserve University, where he received the 2010 Mandel Center Teaching Award.  He writes a regular column for the Nonprofit Quarterly called “Dr. Conflict,” and served for fifteen seasons as president of the Victoria Theatre Association.
