Changes are afoot at the United Way. This weekend the agency moves to its new offices at 33 W. First Street, Fifth Floor. Community leaders are holding a series of discussions on how the agency can adapt its united fundraising campaign in the face of Dayton's changing economic landscape. Donations to the United Way and its partner agencies have declined by 50% in the past ten years. Dayton Daily News reports.
