The Chronicle of Philanthropy - "the #1 news source for nonprofit leaders" - has a new video section on its website. Here's a glimpse into the world of The Fundraising Elevator Speech!
It's a great illustration of how nonprofit leaders must prepare their boards, volunteers and staff to spread the word. The book Fired Up Fundraising: Turning Board Passion into Action outlines many training exercises your group can use to do just that.
