The Huber Heights Branch of the Dayton Metro Library has cooked up a new book discussion that is equal parts cookbooks and conversation.
COOKIN’ THE BOOKS kicks off Saturday, September 16, 4:30 p.m. with a look at Ethnic Cuisines. Each month features a different cookbook theme. Participants choose a cookbook on the theme of the month and try a recipe at home. Then at each meeting, participants report on what they made, share pictures and/or samples, discuss techniques and share tips.
“It’s an opportunity for those of us who love cookbooks to share our passion and pass along great recipes and tips,” said Huber Heights Branch Manager Kim Bishop.
