Teens can get a leg up on summer and part-time employment with a Job Searching Skills program offered at several branches of the Dayton Metro Library this spring. Topics covered include filling out job applications, dressing for an interview, and interview skills – all for teen job seekers.

The Teen Job Expo connects teens with employers who are especially looking for summer and part-time workers. The Expo is open only to ages 14-18.
“These programs are an opportunity to gain useful job searching skills and make important connections, plus have a good time because they’re designed just for teens,” said Steve Moser, Teen Services Coordinator for the Library.
