Learn cooking techniques, tools, and recipes during live cooking demonstrations with Chef Michael at the Northwest Branch of the Dayton Metro Library. During each session of the Tuesday evening classes, Chef Michael will create comfort foods perfect for winter. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and enjoy tasting.
