The workshops will be led by Jerry Kotler, PHD, Stanford University, a renowned recruiter and former President of Management Recruiters of Dayton (which is a franchise of the largest recruiting and placement company in the world, Management Recruiters International).  With over a half century as a professional recruiter, Jerry recruited and presented thousands of candidates to his client companies throughout the USA.  Each candidate was carefully coached, by Jerry, for telephone and face-to-face interviews with hiring authorities.  Soon after each interview, Jerry was briefed by both the candidate and the hiring authority.  With these unique inputs, over thousands of interviews, Jerry has valuable information to share about how to successfully survive an interview in the Interview Preparation Workshop.  In the Resume Workshop, Jerry will present resume writing tips to help you create a resume that will stand out and generate interviews.
