Looking for a good idea of something to do for the Get Outside Bookclub? You can move around your yard, neighborhood or a park noticing and taking pictures of natural discoveries on your phone. Then give your child your phone and ask her to find the actual things they see in the photos. The result will be that you and your child focus in on the nature you might ordinarily just walk right by. Let your child watch you move around the yard as this will help her with the navigation. Walk with her so that you can give clues if needed. Talk about the objects as your child discovers them.
