Spoiler alert! If the title intrigues you, and if you like (grisly) thrillers that deal with serial killers...don't read any further. Place a hold on I am Not a Serial Killer and it's sequel Mr. Monster and read them first. If you have read them, I probably don't need to tell you about this--you've read it. I loved the first so much, that I ordered the British edition of the second (which came out over there first despite the fact that its author lives in Utah). So this is the third tale of John Wayne Cleaver who is a sort of junior Dexter, if you watch that show. He's a sociopath who has rigid rules he must follow so he won't hurt others, and he works in his mother's mortuary. (OK, really stop reading now, because I'm going to give a plot point from the first book away--go read it!) In the first, John killed a demon. In the second, he was hunted by it's friend. Now, he's put a third demon on notice (via cell phone): he's killed two, and he's ready for more. John still struggles with his dark side, but he's going to have to unleash the monster within to capture the monster that is taking out town officials one by one. Bet you flinch!
